- Kitchen and bathroom appliances, counters and appointments are at standard building heights
- Smoke, fire and carbon monoxide detectors/alarms in all guest units
- Trash removal service available upon request

- Some guest units have walk-in showers with removable hand held shower heads
- Handicap shower chair and raised toilet seat available upon request
